Here is what you should know:
• We have researched this topic and believe that scientific evidence (The American Veterinary Medical Associations House of Delegates & American Association of Avian Pathologists) has concluded that this is not a product of animal cruelty. We will continue to research any and all new information that comes our way.
• Our foie gras comes from Hudson Valley Foie Gras in upstate NY. All of their ducks are in community closures. They have been inspected by the American Vet Assoc & USDA, and have never incurred any problems on these inspections.
